As of mid June, I would say the Cab/Malbec is bottle aging nicely. Shared a bottle with friends a few weeks ago and everyone enjoyed it. I think it's ready once we get our labels done.

this is awesome peter! never heard some one describe wine as jazz, but it makes perfect sense! as i trombone player and wine geek myself, i gotta try it! how do we get it??? :)
